The governing of the NCYRA is under the supervision of the Officers and the Board of Directors (BOD).  The Directors and Officers maintain all voting authority for the duration of their position.  The BOD has the prerogative and authority to employ, retain and terminate an individual, management firm, independent contractors, agents, accountants, and legal counsel as it deems necessary.  All matters concerning the operation of the NCYRA are decided by a vote of the BOD.
