Club Administrators, On the following sub-pages you will find links to several forms and templates in various electronic formats (Word, Excel and Adobe). They are meant to give you a starting place when beginning to register (signing-up) Players, Coaches and other Volunteers to your Club. It is critical that you collect as much useful information on the Players/participants in your Club as possible. Some of the information, such as the Volunteer Form, is required when adults are offering instruction or interacting with children under the age of 18. In addition, the information that you gather when signing Players up will be necessary when you are filling in the required registration information on the NCYRA Registration and Competition Management website. All Clubs, Players, Coaches, Trainers and Administrators must be registered (signed up) through the NCYRA website ONLY. Do not register through the USA Rugby website. Additionally, only Club Administrators will be able to register their Club and their Club’s participants and Players on the NCYRA website. Individuals will not register on the site. Bulk registration and payment will be allowed on the NCYRA website. This will make entering the registration information simple and straightforward and will allow for uniformity in process. This is a significant change from previous years, where individuals could register themselves on the USA Rugby site. The USA Rugby Club Dues/Registration and Participants (Player, Coaches) CIPP Dues will be paid directly from the NCYRA site. Once registered in bulk through the NCYRA website you will be able to request and receive your USA Rugby Liability Insurance Form and the CIPP information from USA Rugby within a few days. Many of these forms can be used as templates to collect information on your Players, Coaches, Volunteers and parents. It is important to get more information when signing people up than less, as this makes for far less work tracking down information later.
