The following information is for NCYRA Coaches and Club Administrators to monitor the conduct/disciplinary actions that are taken on a weekly basis.  Any Player or Coach that has received a red card, or two yellow cards, will show up on this list and is ineligible to compete in any NCYRA sanctioned event, which includes Conference matches, Inter-Conference matches, tours, tournaments, competition against touring sides, etc., until such time that their ineligibility has expired.  For most red card offenses, the ineligible time is 15 days from the day of the incident.  If you have any questions about the information in this section, please contact staff@ncyrugby.org or call the NCYRA Office at (707) 693-8803. 

In addition, conduct/disciplinary issues for Players and Coaches are generally administered by the various Divisions and/or Conferences.  The Sacramento Valley Youth Rugby Organization (SVYRO) has its own Disciplinary Committee.  The NCYRA Inter-Conference Disciplinary Committee does not get involved with Player or Coach disciplinary actions, but only Inter-Conference issues, such as Clubs that violate the NCYRA Bylaws or Policies, or where there are disputes regarding Playoffs.
