There are currently twelve (12) Divisions, further broken down into twenty-six (26) Conferences with a corresponding number of Board Members.

In addition, there is one (1) Referee Society Board Member and as many as four Officers, who may or may not be Board Members prior to taking office. So there could be a total of thirty-one (31) Board Members (including Officers) in the Association.

This Conference structure allows for easy expansion and contraction of Board Members without amendments to the Bylaws and also provides for fair and equal representation on the Board.
