High Performance (All-Star) Committee – Shall be responsible for coordinating and organizing all NCYRA High Performance / All-Star competitions, tours, tournaments, events and other such matters necessary to establish a well organized, understandable and inclusive program that is in conformance and compliance with USA Rugby High Performance rules, regulations and requirements. It shall also assist the Conferences, when requested, to promote High Performance / All Star activities and provide continuity, standardization and uniformity to the over-all program.
